What to Expect: AQUAPLANET in Clark Pampanga

AQUAPLANET ... a new planet in our solar system? Naaah!!!! It is the newest adventure and water slide attraction in the Philippines.

Located in Subic Clark in Pampanga. It is the newest resort attraction in the country and probably the most hi-tech one I've ever been to.

TRAVEL TIME

Woke up at 3 in the morning. Prepared our OOTD's (outfits of the day :>). Brought with us our waterproof bags, extra plastic containers for wet or dirty clothes, slippers, sunblock, shades, hairbrush, 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner sachets and a bar of soap. Plus don't forget CASH!!! You'll need it believe me.

Everything now is all set. We arrived at the pick-up point at 5am and our bus was patiently waiting for us. We practically traveled from dawn till the early lunch time.

As soon as you get there, you will see their ticketing areas and their friendly staff will greet you and ask you if you want to pose at their "AQUAPLANET" sign on the wall. They will even lend you props for your selfies. The photos will be available inside for a fee of course, so if you own a cellphone with a quality camera, might as well bring it along with you so you can take selfies unlimited,,, for free.

Entrance fee is at Php 900++ per person. It includes unlimited access to all their water slides and other water activities inside like "The Flowrider". Once you pay the entrance fee you will be given a high tech sort of plastic watch which you are required to wear to get inside the resort.

Also it has a Php 100.00 fund for free which you can use to buy snacks inside. This is where extra cash gets in because the only snacks you can buy on your free Php 100.00 are:

POPCORN - Php 75.00

SOFT ICE CREAM - Php 85.00

But don't worry because ATM - like machines can be found every corner of the resort. In these machines you can reload cash funds from Php 20.00 to Php 1,000.00 so you purchase more snacks, ricemeals and even souvenirs.

AQUAPLANET is a cashless resort. You buy anything you want by just tapping your plastic watch.

You don't need to bring in snacks inside because IT IS NOT ALLOWED!

Also not allowed inside AQUAPLANET are:

Water or drinks in bottle, can or tetra packs
Pointed weapons (real ones or toy)
Swimming gadgets ... inflatables, life vests etc. {They will provide life vests }

All these will be confiscated!!!

One nice thing here is that they have lockers you can rent for Php 300.00, and you will also use your electronic watch to lock and unlock it.

Renting lockers is not required per visitor. It is just an option for you. These lockers are located just fronting the entrance gate. Changing rooms are also located near the entrance gate.

Now your familiar with all the amenities in AQUAPLANET let's start swimming..... Yay!!!!!

AQUAPLANET has one main beach-like pool area with a massive TV where you will get to see yourself into. They will also acknowledge you if you're celebrating your birthday there or you are in a team building trip there or whatever. Resort staff manning the cameras will point them on you so get ready!!! :)

Another attraction is the river-like pool area. You get to ride on their inflatables available and let yourselves flow and glide.

If you are the adventurist type and you want to risk your life ... hahaha ... kidding!!! Then try their giant water slides. They have height and weight limitations and guidelines be sure to follow all of them. Also gadgets like cameras are not allowed in the water slide areas. Some even asks you to take off earrings, rings, bracelets, necklaces etc., that can be lost while inside.

We had such a fun day at AQUAPLANET the only thing that suck is that you cannot bring in food but its okay. :)
